Amishey Tech Services offers patient, jargon-free technology education for individuals, families, and community groups throughout Towson, Timonium, and Baltimore County. Whether it's a one-on-one session at your kitchen table or a workshop at a senior living community, we meet people where they are and teach at their pace.
One-on-One In-Home Training
We come to your home and work with you directly on whatever you need help learning. This isn't a class with a set curriculum. It's personalized, hands-on guidance tailored to your questions, your devices, and your comfort level. Common topics include learning to use a new computer or phone, setting up and using email, video calling with FaceTime or Zoom, organizing photos, navigating streaming services, online shopping and banking safely, and understanding privacy and security basics. We never rush, never talk down, and never make anyone feel embarrassed for asking a question, no matter how basic it seems.
Group Workshops and Seminars
We partner with senior living communities, retirement facilities, community centers, libraries, and civic organizations to deliver group technology workshops. These can be structured as lunch-and-learns, info sessions, multi-week series, or one-time presentations. We tailor each session to the audience and facility's needs.

Facility Partnerships
If you manage or coordinate programming at a senior living community, assisted living facility, retirement community, or community center, we'd love to talk about setting up an ongoing technology education partnership.
